一、清除工序，就是清除焊渣鐵藝大門(mén)的焊 接部位較多，一定認(rèn)真清 除每個(gè)焊 接部位的焊渣。先用板銼或扁鐵敲打除渣，然后用磨光機(jī)和砂布打磨焊縫，使其平滑。對(duì)飛濺到其他部位的焊渣也要順勢(shì)清除干凈。

1、 Cleaning process is to remove welding slag. There are many welding parts of iron gate, so we must carefully remove the welding slag of each welding part. First, the slag is removed by tapping with a plate file or flat iron, and then the weld is smoothed by polishing machine and emery cloth. The welding slag splashed to other parts should also be removed.

二、加固工序，涂抹原子灰用原子灰加固化劑(比例50:1)攪拌均勻，涂抹在焊 接部位，處理焊縫缺 陷。

2、 In the reinforcement process, apply atomic ash, stir it evenly with atomic ash and curing agent (50:1), apply it on the welding part, and deal with the weld defects.

三、打磨工序，打磨原子灰干透后，用磨光機(jī)和砂布全面打磨大門(mén)的各個(gè)組件，尤其是涂抹原子灰的部位更要磨光。

3、 Grinding process: after the putty is completely dried, all components of the gate should be completely polished with a polishing machine and emery cloth, especially the parts coated with putty.

四、噴涂工序，鐵藝大門(mén)在噴漆噴漆前，用濕布全 面擦凈鐵藝大門(mén)的各個(gè)部位，不能留有灰塵等。然后給鐵藝大門(mén)噴防銹漆，干透再噴一遍，干透還要再噴一遍，漆膜干透后噴三遍自己喜歡的漆，噴一道清漆。注意不能有漏噴部位，也不能產(chǎn)生流掛等缺 陷。個(gè)別細(xì)微處可用刷子刷涂補(bǔ)漆。

4、 In the spraying process, before painting, wipe all parts of the iron gate with wet cloth without dust. Then spray antirust paint on Tieyi gate, dry it again, dry it again, dry it again, spray your favorite paint three times after the film is dry, spray a layer of varnish. Attention should be paid to no missing spraying parts and no sagging and other defects. A brush can be used for touch-up painting on some minor parts.
