　　目前鐵藝護(hù)欄有效、實(shí)用的防銹方法是熱浸鍍鋅。即在鐵藝護(hù)欄在熔化的鋅液中在表面生成鋅鐵合金層及純鋅層，用以隔絕鐵藝工件被氧化的機(jī)會(huì)。防銹期長達(dá)20-50年以上，期間無需維修，安全可靠，是鐵藝工件的比較好的防銹方法。

　　At present, hot dip galvanizing is an effective and practical anti rust method for iron fence. In other words, the ferroalloy layer and pure zinc layer are formed on the surface of the iron fence in the molten zinc to isolate the opportunity of iron work piece being oxidized. The antirust period is more than 20-50 years without maintenance. It is safe and reliable. It is a good antirust method for iron work pieces.

　　熱浸鍍鋅的工藝流程

　　Technological process of hot dip galvanizing

　　1、酸洗前檢查處理

　　1. Inspection and treatment before pickling

　　檢查鐵藝工件是否具備本廠鍍鋅的工藝孔（排氣、出入鋅夜、吊掛），鐵藝工件表面的銹蝕程度，表面覆蓋物能否被鹽酸除去（如有油漆、油脂等應(yīng)采用火燒、打磨、堿洗等法除去）。

　　Check whether the iron work piece has the galvanizing process hole of our factory (exhaust, zinc in and out night, hanging), the rust degree of the iron work piece surface, whether the surface covering can be removed by hydrochloric acid (if there is paint, grease, etc., it should be removed by fire, grinding, alkali washing, etc.).

　　2、脫脂（堿洗）

　　2. Degreasing (alkali washing)

　　配有加熱設(shè)備，消除鐵藝工件表面的油脂、涂料等。

　　Equipped with heating equipment to eliminate grease and coating on the surface of iron work pieces.

　　3、水洗

　　3. Wash with water

　　清除鐵藝工件表面的堿水及附著物。

　　Remove alkali water and attachments on the surface of iron work pieces.
                                             

　　4、酸洗

　　除去鐵銹、氧化皮等其它表面覆蓋物

　　Remove rust, scale and other surface coverings

　　5、酸洗后檢查處理：

　　酸洗效果是否理想，如酸洗不充分，再次酸洗，如果酸洗前處理不徹底，需重新處理后再次酸洗。

　　Whether the pickling effect is ideal, if the pickling is not sufficient, pickling again; if the pretreatment before pickling is not complete, the pickling should be conducted again after re treatment.

　　6、水洗

　　除去鐵藝工件表面的酸水及其它附著物

　　7、上助鍍劑

　　7. Plating AIDS

　　再次清洗工件表面，保證表面在鍍鋅之前不在生銹。

　　Clean the surface of the workpiece again to ensure that the surface does not rust before galvanizing.

　　8、烘干

　　8. Drying

　　提高鐵藝工件溫度，避免鐵藝表面水分過多，在鍍鋅時(shí)發(fā)生爆炸。

　　Increase the temperature of iron work piece to avoid excessive moisture on the iron surface and explosion during galvanizing.

　　9、熱浸鋅

　　9. Hot dip galvanizing

　　工件浸泡于440℃-470℃熔融的鋅液中，達(dá)到一定時(shí)間后提出，鐵藝工件表面被獲得一層鋅鐵合金層和純鋅層鍍層。

　　When the workpiece is immersed in molten zinc at 440 ℃ - 470 ℃ for a certain period of time, a layer of zinc iron alloy layer and pure zinc layer are obtained on the surface of iron work piece.

　　10、鈍化

　　10. Passivation

　　提供工件表面抗大氣的腐蝕性能，減少或延長白銹出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間。

　　It can reduce or prolong the time of white rust.

　　11、冷卻

　　11. Cooling

　　防止工件激冷回縮，產(chǎn)生集體組織開裂。

　　To prevent the workpiece from cold shrinkage and collective structure cracking.

　　12、精整

　　12. Finishing

　　清除鋅瘤及附著在鍍層表面的鋅灰

　　Remove zinc nodules and zinc dust attached to the surface of the coating

　　12、檢驗(yàn)

　　12. Inspection

　　鍍層的檢驗(yàn)和測定，工件的外觀檢查。

　　Inspection and measurement of coating and appearance inspection of workpiece.
