1、每平米用鋼量：大于等于50kg/m2，可以認(rèn)為是重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)；

2、主要構(gòu)件鋼板厚度：大于等于10mm，輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)使用較少，一般都是重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)；

輕型鋼構(gòu)造主要是用在不接受大載荷的承重修建。選用輕型H型鋼，焊接或軋制，變截面或等截面，做成門形鋼架支承。壓型鋼板或輕質(zhì)夾芯板作屋面、墻面圍護(hù)構(gòu)造，選用高強(qiáng)螺栓、一般螺栓及自攻螺絲等連接件和密封資料拼裝起來的低層和多層預(yù)制裝配式鋼構(gòu)造房屋系統(tǒng)。輕鋼構(gòu)造住所構(gòu)造悉數(shù)選用冷彎薄壁鋼構(gòu)件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成，鋼骨選用超級防腐高強(qiáng)冷軋鍍鋅板制作，有用防止鋼板在施工和使用過程中的銹蝕的影響，增加了輕鋼構(gòu)件的使用壽數(shù)。構(gòu)造壽數(shù)可達(dá)一百年，很多的廠房都是由這樣的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)材質(zhì)制作而成。
