一、清除工序，就是清除焊渣 鐵藝大門的焊接部位較多，必須認(rèn)真清除每個焊接部位的焊渣。先用板銼或扁鐵敲打除渣，然后用磨光機(jī)和砂布打磨焊縫，使其平滑。對飛濺到其他部位的焊渣也要順勢清除干凈。

三、打磨工序，打磨原子灰 干透后，用磨光機(jī)和砂布全面打磨大門的各個組件，尤其是涂抹原子灰的部位更要磨光。

3、 The polishing process involves using a polishing machine and sanding cloth to thoroughly polish all components of the gate after the atomic ash has dried, especially the areas coated with atomic ash.

四、噴涂工序，鐵藝大門在噴漆 噴漆前，用濕布全面擦凈鐵藝大門的各個部位，不能留有灰塵等。然后第一道給鐵藝大門噴防銹漆，干透再噴一遍，干透還要再噴一遍，漆膜干透后噴三遍自己喜歡的漆，最后噴一道清漆。注意不能有漏噴部位，也不能產(chǎn)生流掛等缺陷。個別細(xì)微處可用刷子刷涂補(bǔ)漆。

4、 Spray painting process: Before painting the iron gate, use a damp cloth to thoroughly wipe all parts of the iron gate without leaving any dust or debris.
