水泥預(yù)制板就是早期建筑當(dāng)中用的樓板，就是工程要用到的模件或板塊。制作水泥預(yù)制板時(shí)，先用木板釘制空心模型，在模型的空心部分布上鋼肪后，用水泥灌滿那些空心的部分，等干后敲去木板，剩下的就是我們所說的預(yù)制板了。

When making cement prefabricated panels, first nail a hollow model with wooden boards. After laying steel on the hollow parts of the model, fill those hollow parts with cement. 而鋼骨架輕型樓板屬于裝配式預(yù)制構(gòu)件，主要以薄壁冷彎型鋼作為鋼架主助和端助，同時(shí)內(nèi)置副肋和配筋低碳冷拔鋼絲網(wǎng)，通過填充無(wú)機(jī)輕質(zhì)保溫砂漿從而復(fù)合形成良好性能于一體的多效建筑板材。

The steel skeleton lightweight floor slab belongs to prefabricated components, mainly using thin-walled cold-formed steel as the main and end support of the steel frame, while incorporating secondary ribs and reinforced low-carbon cold drawn steel wire mesh. By filling with inorganic lightweight insulation mortar, it is composite to form a high-performance multifunctional building slab.

The thickness of steel frame lightweight floor slabs is generally 100mm, and the height of the side ribs is generally between 100mm and 350mm, which can be adjusted according to different loads and the span of the single slab. The external dimensions are determined according to the actual usage requirements. It is recommended to select according to the national building standard design drawings as much as possible.
